How do I place an order with you?
You can place an order by phone, by fax, or online. Please find our contact numbers on the contact information page. However, the most convenient way to order is online. Just click on order.  

Can I also purchase from you for private purposes?
We typically sell to businesses, such as manufacturing plants and machine shops and various stores, but depending on the quantities desired, we may be able to accommodate you.

Where do you deliver the merchandise?
We predominantly deliver within a 50-mile radius of SPARTANBURG but can also deliver to locations outside this radius for an additional charge. Check out our delivery page for more information on our delivery terms.

What are your return conditions?
If the merchandise was damaged during delivery, we will reimburse you for the damaged goods.
